Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered has proven very successful, with over four million players in less than a week of launch. While that figure more than likely includes Game Pass subscribers, its sales in the United States are also impressive.
According to Circana executive director and analyst Mat Piscatella, the remaster topped sales charts in the week ending April 26th. More importantly, it’s now the third-best-selling game of the year in the region behind Monster Hunter Wilds and Assassin’s Creed Shadows in dollar sales.
Exact sales figures have yet to be determined, but considering this is only within the first week, it should be interesting to see how it ranks in the monthly sales charts. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.
The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review, where we gave it a nine out of ten.
