Team Ninja’s Rise of the Ronin is finally due for PC in the coming weeks after debuting exclusively on PS5. It brings all the post-launch updates, including new missions and quality-of-life features, but more importantly, PC players can access exclusive graphical options.
These include support for DirectX 12 Ultimate, 8K resolution, 120 FPS, ray tracing, and 3D audio per its Steam listing. Upscalers like AMD FSR, Nvidia DLSS and Intel XeSS are also supported alongside Ultra-wide and Super Ultra-wide monitors. Keyboard and mouse are also supported with customizable keys, and the UI menu supports “mouse clickability.”
The latter likely refers to navigating the user interface with the mouse rather than having to use keys. You can check out the PC requirements here, though Koei Tecmo hasn’t outlined the hardware necessary for ray tracing and 4K. Stay tuned for more details and updates on the same en route to launch.
Rise of the Ronin launches on March 11th for Steam. For more details, check out our review of the PS5 version.
