S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl Has Gone Gold

GSC Game World has released a new trailer for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, announcing that its upcoming survival shooter has gone gold (or G.O.L.D., if you prefer). Between snatches of gameplay, it sees an individual copying a file before peering out atop a large building.

Revealed at E3 2021 but suffering numerous delays to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine (where the developer originates from), the story focuses on newcomer Skif. His motivations for entering the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone are unknown, but players can chart their own path. You can help various individuals roaming the Zone, seek out Artifacts (and trade them on the black market), and much more.

All this on a map measuring over 60 square km with different factions, points of interest, mutants, side quests, and more to discover. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl launches on November 20th for Xbox Series X/S and PC. It will also be available for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
