Guilty Gear Strive Adds Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners on August 21st
Arc System Works has a closed beta coming up for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls in September, but until then, Guilty Gear Strive fans can finally look forward to playing as Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Available on August 21st as the last character in Season Pass 4, she’s also available standalone for $6.99. Check out some of her moves below.
Lucy’s arrival in the world of Strive is somewhat complicated, as she’s missing some memories but also trying to prevent something terrible from happening. Those who watched Edgerunners will have enough ideas about what she’s referring to, but in the meantime, she’s a top-tier combatant with the Monowire, handgun, and Quickhacks.
Said hacks include Optics Inhibition, which turns Lucy into a glitchy mess, seemingly making it more difficult to predict her attacks. As in Cyberpunk 2077, you can queue up multiple Quickhacks and stack multiple of the same.
Stay tuned for more details on her kit in the coming weeks. Guilty Gear Strive is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
