Magnum Studio and Nexon have released a new teaser trailer hyping Season 1 of The First Descendant, Invasion. It showcases new environments (including a snow-covered landscape), enemies, and the next Descendant – Hailey, a sniper. Check it out below.
Though the full extent of its content has yet to be unveiled, the developer confirmed Field Completion and Season Progression in its roadmap alongside a new Colossus (which could be the creepy figure in the trailer) and dungeon, weapon, skin, and Ultimate Descendant. Hailey will also have her own story.
Everything won’t be available at once. Seasons last three months, with Magnum Studio dropping a new update for each. How it will divide up Season 1’s content remains to be seen, but players can also expect quality-of-life changes, improvements, and balance adjustments.
The First Descendant is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. Check out our review – we gave it a 5 out of 10 at launch, but it has received many improvements and fixes since then.
