While rumors continue to circulate about the future of Fallout, Bethesda has announced that the annual Fallout Day Broadcast will air on October 23rd at 10 AM PST. According to the official Twitter, it features the “latest news” on existing Fallout titles alongside fan events and community celebrations with the FalloutforHope post-show following.
The emphasis on “existing” seemingly indicates no new announcements, so it’s unlikely that the alleged next mainline title or Fallout 3 Remaster will appear. Fallout 76 fans can probably expect more details on Burning Springs, which launches in December and adds The Ghoul from Amazon’s Fallout TV show.
The second season of the latter also debuts on December 17th, so a new trailer is also possible. Otherwise, it’s best to keep expectations tempered.
Bethesda Game Studios is also working on The Elder Scrolls 6, which still doesn’t have a release date or gameplay trailer. Meanwhile, Starfield has new story DLC in the works with a new faction, the Terran Armada, seemingly teased.
